Home Online Loan Application Form

Submitting a Mortgage Loan Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for a loan with AmeriFirst Home Mortgage. For your convenience, we provide three options for getting your loan application started.

Option One - Apply Online

Experience the greatest convenience and use our secure online mortgage application and complete your application from the convenience of your computer. Be sure to have the following items handy for the application process:

  • Pay stub(s) for income
  • Deposit account information
  • Listing of assets (like investments) and insurance information
  • Listing of current debts and respective payment amounts,

Option Two - Download an Application

If you would prefer to simply download a traditional mortgage application and complete it offline, we have made available a standard mortgage loan application in PDF format. Once completed, contact us and we'll look forward to getting together in person and seeing how we can help.

*Interactive PDFs allow you to complete certain editable areas within PDF documents. You will need, at minimum, Adobe® Reader® software to print your completed document. To save your interactive PDF, you must use Adobe Reader Version 7.0 or higher or the full version of Adobe Acrobat® Standard or Professional.

Option Three - Quick Online Form

If you'd rather get personal assistance with your loan application, not a problem. Simply fill out the quick information below and one of our mortgage experts will be in touch to walk through the application with you. This will provide you with a more "personal" touch and is a great way to get started, especially if you have questions.
