As a loan officer with Amerifirst Home Mortgage, Juanita Biles takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the homebuying process to find the best loan and terms available to meet their needs.

For Juanita, the opportunity to help her neighbors get into their dream homes is what inspires her to provide them with an outstanding loan experience. She also understands that purchasing a home is most likely the largest financial investment many of her clients will make in their lifetimes. With three decades of industry experience, she uses her in-depth knowledge of the loan process to address concerns of her clients as quickly as possible and to make their homeownership journey as seamless and quick as possible.

Specializing in first-time homebuyers, she offers a full line of flexible loan products including USDA Rural Development, FHA, renovation and conventional loans. As a member of the VFW Auxiliary, she also enjoys helping veterans and active duty personnel purchase affordable homes through VA financing.

Away from the office, Juanita loves offshore fishing and spending time with her three children, two grandkids, and her Catahoula hound, Bella.
