Add someone to my account.

The security of your personal information is very important to AmeriFirst Home Mortgage. To that end, we cannot discuss your account with anyone without your explicit permission.

Temporary permission for a third party can be given by calling our Customer Care team at 844-814-7788. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Authorization given verbally by phone is valid for a total of 7 calendar days. After that, we must ask you to call again to renew that permission.

If you would like to add someone to your account for the life of the loan as an authorized third party, click here to download our Third Party Authorization Form. Please make sure you read the form carefully and fill out all of the appropriate sections.

When you have finished, including signing and dating the form, you can email the form back to us at customercare@amerifirst.com or fax it to 269-585-5990. Our Customer Care team will compare your signature on this form to the one on your original loan documents.

A few important notes:

  • You can revoke an authorization at any time by calling Customer Care during our regular business hours.
  • If you would like the third party to have permission to use our website and make changes to your personal contact information, make sure you check both the first and second boxes on the form.
  • Completing this authorization form does not add the third party to your account as an additional account holder.

 

Set up an automatic monthly payment draft.

Enrolling in our monthly automatic draft program is a great way to make your payment.

Click here to download our ACH Auto Draft Payment Authorization Agreement. You can email the completed form to customercare@amerifirst.com or fax it to 269-585-5990.

You can also sign up for our automatic draft program online. Click here to log into our Customer Care website and look for the Auto Draft Payment option.

If you need to make changes or cancel your automatic draft in the future, please submit those changes (by phone, email or online) at least 3 business days before the next draft date.
