Welcome to the first mortgage company for zombies. It has been said by some that zombies make terrible first time home buyers. But we that to be just rude. Zombies are people, too. Well sort of...but they have feelings. At least we think they do. In any case, zombies need a place to live and we feel that if a zombie's credit and finances are in order then they are welcome to find financing here.
I was talking to a friend recently about the TV series "Walking Dead." One of the main plot lines of the show revolves around zombies. So I wondered (as I often do) whether the chances of a zombie becoming a first time home buyer have improved over the last 6 months or so. Come to find out, no. Frankly, no matter how hard they try, zombies simply do not make good first time home buyers.

Zombies have taken over the world (of cinema). In fact, even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention urges you to be prepared for a zombie apocalypse.
