I’ve been a part of the mortgage industry for over 22 years. I started out as a bank wholesale rep and worked my way into becoming a branch manager. I familiarized myself with hard work during my college years when I attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and later earned my Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California. I was fortunate to be able to work as a carpenter through college and before I entered the mortgage industry I was a building contractor for 12 years.
Renovation loans are a product we offer that I can really relate to because I have worked on renovating so many homes that have utilized this type of financing.
Today, I reside in Middleton, Wisconsin, which in my opinion, it’s one of the top places to live in this country. I thoroughly enjoy being able to help the people in and around this area find a home to call their own. Roughly, about 70% of my past production has been FHA and USDA rural development loans that we use to help buyers get into a home of their own, with little to no down payment with a low fixed rate mortgage and affordable monthly payments even if they have had past credit issues, including bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. I enjoy having quality conversations with people to see exactly which mortgage product will best suit their needs. I understand everyone’s financial situation is unique and that is why I’m here, to help you navigate through your home buying process.
I am a great resource for first time home buyers and people who are interested in refinancing their home. I have been broadcasting my radio show “Mortgage and Real Estate Radio” for the past 10 years every Saturday Morning at 9am on “The Mic 92.1fm” in Fitchburg, WI. It is a program designed to inform and educate home buyers, new and experienced home owners, realtors and building contractors about mortgage programs as well as new trends and regulations within the industry. I strongly encourage people to tune into my radio program if they’re interested in acquiring more information about the mortgage industry and home financing, in a fun and interesting way. Please contact me to set up an appointment and discuss your home financing needs.
