About Liz

Liz Terwilliger is the Branch Manager at Amerifirst Home Mortgage in the Toledo area. The Perrysburg location not only serves the lending needs of Greater Toledo, but reaches into Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

 

She is dedicated to helping her customers navigate the loan process in an efficient manner. Working with a mortgage lender specializing in residential mortgage loans, Liz is able to offer a flexible line of loan products - 203(k) Renovation, Fannie Mae HomeStyle, FHA, USDA Rural Development, VA (veterans) and conventional loans. At Amerifirst, we fund, service and underwrite nearly all of our loans. 

 

Liz joined Amerifirst in July of 2012 and brought with her years of lending and management experience. She began her career in the mortgage industry as a Processor and eventually earned her state license in 2002. She has proven successful in this industry by earning a top producer spot year after year.

 

Currently, Liz serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Maumee Valley Credit Union and has developed strong business ties in the local community where she grew up. She is married to her husband Jeremy, who currently teaches in the Anthony Wayne School district. Together, they have an energetic, independent and fun-loving son named Elliot. Liz enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
