KALAMAZOO, MI (March 1, 2021) - Amerifirst Home Mortgage announces that it has been named one of the top 50 Best Mortgage Companies to Work For in 2021 by National Mortgage News and Best Companies Group.

National Mortgage News honored all the winners and revealed the final rankings in a special report published today (March 1, 2021).

Amerifirst ranked #48 on the list; in the large employer category (500 or more employees), it ranked #14 out of the top 16 companies.

Companies from across the United States participated in a two-part survey process to determine the rankings. The top 50 companies were identified based on the evaluation of each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics and through an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
